I have two groups on Facebook, open to anyone. "smilepacers worldwide," whose members include triathletes, runners, hikers, yogis, and anyone who wishes to be any of the above. I send out daily or almost daily messages to inspire members to stay conscious of their attitude in training, racing, working & living. "Inspired and inspiring mommies" is a group for inspired moms or those seeking inspiration. Our society is obsessed with quick fixes and the purpose of this group is to inspire its members to live an inspired life through a positive, compassionate and passionate approach to life.
